How long does it take to receive an order?

Something unique about Olympia & Olive is that we make your items to order! That means you're receiving a unique item made by our in-house production team just for you. Our average standard production time has your order shipping between 5-7 business* days from our warehouse. Due to increased demand during the holiday season, this will vary, but know we are doing our best to get your orders produced and shipped in a timely manner. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin production on the following business* day. When your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier. 

*Business days exclude federal holidays and weekends. During the holiday season, this time will vary due to increased demand.

Shipping & Handling

  • All orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Remember, production time is not shipping time!
  • Please double check your information before submitting your order!
  • Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier.

What are your customer service hours?
We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST. Please email us at questions@olympiaandolive.com.

During the holidays, we are also available for customer service inquiries on Saturdays beginning with the first Saturday before Thanksgiving through the last Saturday before Christmas from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST.

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?
Log in to your Campus Classics account anytime to check on your order! Most orders go out through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and you can track it on USPS.Com with your tracking number. Other orders beginning in “1Z” have gone out through UPS and can be tracked on UPS.com. If you have any other  questions about your order please email us at questions@olympiaandolive.com

My order says it is "Awaiting Fulfillment"; when will I get it?
This means that your order is in the process of being made by our in-house production team.

How are items shipped?
Most orders go through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and can be tracked on USPS.com once you receive your tracking number. We sometimes ship through UPS, and you can track that shipment at UPS.com. We're not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.

My package was returned because the address was invalid?

Packages can come back to its original sender if the address is not correct. We try our best to prevent incorrect addresses, but if we receive yours back, we will contact you for a new address. We will reship each order one time for no additional charge, but if it comes back to us again, you are responsible for the shipping fee. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, you will be refunded for the cost of your items (this does not include shipping).

Is there a way to rush my order?
Yes! Most items are eligible for Rush Shipping for an additional fee. This must be done when placing your order and cannot be upgraded after an order has been placed. Personalized Paddles and Personalized Hockey Jerseys are not eligible for Rush Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer International Shipping to Canada. There is an extra fee of $20 for International Shipping. Duties, fees, and taxes may still apply. Rush Shipping is not available for international orders. 
Please note: buyer is responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs.

What if my order comes damaged or incorrect?
If your item(s) come damaged or incorrect, please email us at questions@campus-classics.com with your name, order number, and a picture to verify, and we'll issue you a return label. We want to make your order right!
 

What is the return and exchange policy?

You’re welcome to return anything you don’t like up to 90 days if it’s not worn, washed, or damaged and it is not a personalized item (this includes “Pick Your Colors” items and anything with names or initials). Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns will be refunded for the full purchased price less a 15% processing/restocking fee per item returned. This does not include shipping. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your return or exchange back to us using the shipping method of your choice. We cannot claim responsibility for the condition of your return or exchange that comes in the mail. Discount codes aren’t valid for returns or exchanges.

Please download the return and exchanges printed form to assist with returns and exchanges here and insert it in your package back to us. If you can’t print our order form, you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper. All returned packages MUST have the original order number included either on the package itself, or on a piece of paper inside of the package. Any returned packages without the original order number will NOT be refunded.

We cannot claim responsibility for the condition in which your return/exchange arrives back to us. Please ensure your return is properly packaged and insured as necessary.

Returns: Please download the return and exchanges printed form to assist with returns and exchanges here and insert it in your package back to us. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number. Then please specify which items you are returning and how you would like your refund. See address below.

Please note: we have a 15% processing/restocking fee per returned item.

Exchanges: 15% processing/restocking fee not applicable to exchanged items. Please download the return and exchanges printed form to assist with returns and exchanges here and insert it in your package back to us. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number. Please specify which items you are returning and which items you want in exchange, including the size. If the item you are wanting is less than the original item, we will issue a refund. If the item you are wanting is more than the original item, please include a check or money order for the price difference. See address below.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your exchange. That does not include production and ship time.

Can I come to your location to shop or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for customers to visit. Our staff is only equipped to handle phone calls and emails.
